At Wonderland Amusements, we stand behind our commitment to delivering high-quality pinball machines to our backers. We know that some people have concerns about crowdfunding, so we want to make this simple:

We guarantee that "Alice Goes to Wonderland" Kickstarter Rewards will ship within 12 months of the campaign’s close. If we don’t deliver your reward by that date, you get a full refund.

This guarantee is in addition to our one-year limited warranty, which covers any defects or issues after your machine arrives.

How the Guarantee Works

 

If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order within 12 months of the campaign’s close (by April 10, 2026), you can request a full refund to your original payment method.

 

However, to ensure fairness and prevent abuse, the following conditions apply:

 

What’s Covered:

• If your order is not shipped within 12 months of the Kickstarter campaign’s close (by , you can request a full refund.

 

What’s Not Covered:

• Orders that have already shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated and your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is no longer eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

• Shipping delays beyond our control. Once an order is shipped, delivery timelines are subject to carrier processing times, customs, and logistics delays.

• Incorrect shipping information. Backers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, it does not qualify for a refund under this guarantee.

• Force Majeure Events. If unexpected global events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, major supply chain disruptions) impact production or delivery, this guarantee may be extended to accommodate delays.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes. Filing a chargeback with your payment provider will void your eligibility for a refund under this guarantee.

• Once a refund has been given, the backer is no longer entitled to receive a reward. 

 

How to Request a Refund

 

If we have not shipped your order within 12 months of the campaign’s close and you’d like to request a refund, please contact us at support@wonderlandamusements.com. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval. Wonderland Amusements reserves the right to resolve shipping delays on a case-by-case basis before issuing refunds.
